Info on the Possibilities of Hybrid Teaching
In our Digital Teaching Toolbox you will find a newly designed page with information on hybrid teaching, including the technical equipment of the central seminar rooms and lecture halls as well as suggestions for hybrid teaching scenarios and technical solutions.
University Account for Student Temporary Staff / Assistants (Hiwis)
Student assistants you might employ to help you with the administration of courses in ILIAS, should not do this using their student account, but instead with an employee account that is linked to their employment contract.

Every student assistant who has an employment contract with the university can set up this account themselves without a written application. Here you can find instructions on how to do this as well as information on the homepage of the Computer Centre. With this account, you can also create your own courses and groups and there will be no overlaps with course bookings via the student account.
Student assistants/tutors without an employment contract can only administer existing courses/groups in which the responsible lecturer has previously granted them admin rights.
Uni-Account for external Lecturers and Guest Lecturers (Co-Teaching)
If you are running a course with a lecturer from another university, you can apply for a guest account for them:
