Export of Exam Data for Import into HISinOne

- First of all, you need to make a setting in the “Statistics” tab.
- Click on “Statistics” -> ‘Columns’ and check the box next to “Matriculation number”. Then click on “Update”.
- The matriculation numbers are now also displayed in the table.
- You can now create the results list via “Export”.
- To do this, click on the “Export” tab and select “Create result file” from the drop-down menu. After clicking on “Create export file”, the results file is made available for export.
- Two files are created, an Excel table and a CSV file with comma-separated values. Both files contain all exam data of the exam participants, including matriculation numbers, names and grades (if a grading scheme has been created).
- Click on “Download” to download the respective file to your computer and enter the data in HISinOne. This process is described in the HISinOne wiki (login with university account).
