Chat participants and chat status

You have now successfully set up the chat. The participants and their status can now be viewed under the “Chat participants” sub-tab.

Under the Chat participants sub-tab, you will find an overview table of the chat participants, their role and the status of the invitation.

@uniAccount:matrix-server.de:

Matrix account of the course participant or there is nothing at this point if the person has no account linked in ILIAS.

Not yet invited + invitation not possible:
There is a 99.99% probability that these are course participants who have not yet registered with Matrix and/or have not yet linked their Matrix account to their ILIAS account. They can therefore not be invited (see chapter 1).
On “Queue for invitation” + invitation not possible: This is most likely a person who had connected a Matrix account but has canceled (“reset”) this connection in the personal settings.
Invited: This person must enter the room in Matrix, i.e. accept the invitation.Unknown: This person has specified a Matrix account that does not exist on the corresponding Matrix server (e.g. due to typing errors in the Matrix account).
Unknown: This person has specified a Matrix account that does not exist on the corresponding Matrix server (e.g. due to typing errors in the Matrix account).
Left: This person has accepted the invitation and then left the room in Matrix again - this function is actually only available to tutors and course administrators.
